I agree with Jeff. Use postscript if possible. As an alternative we use the 5e when needed. We have found it to be more stable and reliable than the PCL 6 drivers. I started using Citrix in 1999 and PCL 6 drivers were my biggest headache. I install the PS driver whenever possible. If the PS driver is not an option, I would choose 5e over 6.
