Kiosk is ok (full screen etc) I like using the following little VBS in
addition to some IEAK policies

Set objIE = WScript.CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application")
objIE.Menubar = FALSE
objIE.Statusbar = FALSE
objIE.Toolbar = True
ObjIE.Navigate("http://www.google.com";)

objIE.Visible = True

Change your Navigate property to whatever URL. I use this a lot when
publishing an IE web page from Citrix but have also used it client side.

"iexplore -k" starts the browser in Kiosk mode.
