Your roaming profiles should have that folder, but it's hidden, so make
sure you're able to view hidden files.=20

If your app needs to write info to that location. I guess my question
is. Why? And What does it store there?

Essentially you're saying that the app needs to write info to a users
profile before it will work for that user. Are these temp files, or
settings files that control how the user sees the application?

Apps that need to write to local profiles can be pains sometimes, mostly
because you will need to find a way to script in the files needed to run
the app to the users profile on login to the TS servers.=20

Technically though, running apps with info from the 'local settings'
folder is fine though, as your end users will have all the rights they
need to access those files.=20

This is being brought up as our developers are writing a new app.. in
.NET.

Apparently .NET uses the Local Settings folder extensively.

Anyone fill me in on how I can work with this, as my Roaming profiles
have
no Local Settings folder.

We use roaming profiles, and I have a developer asking the following
question.

Can someone help me explain it?

I guess what I am trying to ask is that when an app requires
information to
be put into the <Local Profile>\Local Settings folder, where does it go
when
running through Citrix?
