Sorry I didn't realize they wee in the same site.  Right click on the
mailboxes and select move.  That would do it for ya

Wait!  Are the two servers in the same site?  If so, you don't have to
use exmerge, you can just move the mailboxes.  Exmerge will destroy your
single instance storage...
