Hi Brian,
There are lots of possible causes, NICS/LAN switches and routers being a
few. However you haven't stated whether these disconnection are LAN or
WAN users, or anything about your configuration so it's hard to give any
sort of specific (read useful) advice.=20

We are experiencing sudden dropped citrix sessions. Our server load
looks good. I have reviewed our network and see nothing obvious. Had
anybody had this problem?
