Seen this happen before ages ago. IIRC it was related to using a windows2000 machine with a lower service pack than the machine that hosts DHCP (an mmc problem as mentioned before). Check it locally if you can or upgrade sp to same as the server. Maybe? -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mark CALLEJA Sent: 07 July 2005 02:45 To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: DHCP Question David A little left field but do you have that server as the "authorised" server in AD? I'd guess it's an MMC thing, not a problem with your scopes. When I go to a particular scope and click either on the Address Leases or Reservations entry I get "Snap-In failed to initialize". There is also a big red X on each of these folders I can go to Address Pool or Scope Options just fine. Also, the Address Lease and Reservations on any other scope. Is this scope corrupt? By the way, 2003 Standard. ******************************************************** This Weeks Sponsor: Lakeside Software SysTrack is the easiest to use, most complete way to monitor system and application performance.
