Are you opening the csg connection from a w2k3 sp1 machine or XP? Anyways,
if w2k3 sp1.. Check to see if Enhanced IE is installed. Also look at the
Open properties of the File Type with in Explorer.

Subject: [THIN] Cannot open *.ica files from portal after Win2003 SP1
Hi all, after I installed Winows 2003 SP1, when I connect to a CSG web
portal and click on a published app, IE asks me to save instead of opening
the file. I've looked everywhere on the IE settings and I can't find where
I can configure it to open the *.ica file instead of saving it.
Any help is appreciated.
