[THIN] Cannot open *.ica files from portal after Win2003 SP1

Hi all, after I installed Winows 2003 SP1, when I connect to a CSG web
portal and click on a published app, IE asks me to save instead of
opening the file. I've looked everywhere on the IE settings and I
can't find where I can configure it to open the *.ica file instead of
saving it.
Any help is appreciated.
