I'm tried the same scenario on 4 different Win 2003 SP1 machines connecting a CSG/WI and I'm unable to duplicate the problem. The symptoms you decribe are the same as a client workstation with no Citrix client installed. Have you attempted to reinstall the Citrix client? The machine you are running IE on is Win 2003, and since SP1 it no longer works connecting to WI/CSG, or your CSG machine is Win 2003 and quit working after SP1, or your Web Interface box is 2003 and quit working after SP1. I've looked everywhere on the IE settings and I can't find where I can configure it to open the *.ica file instead of saving it. Any help is appreciated. _________________________________ Hector Minero NSWCDD Code K55 Ph: (540) 653-8859 Fax:(540) 653-8575
