In past visits to Salineno (and Chapeno) it’s been easy to launch kayaks from
the beach into the Rio Grande for paddle birding in the river channel. Can
recent visitors confirm whether this access has changed or been sealed off, or
is it still possible? Not looking for political discourse, just a question
about current conditions.
