Sin duda muy interesantye informacion, pero creo que se refieren al
observatorio del cerro Calan
no del Santa Lucia como dice el articulo historico ?????

Interesante información histórica, le eché un vistazo a la página, tiene
muy buenas fotos de la época, (se ven algunos vehículos ingleses muy
bonitos), pero no se define de qué lugar de santiago son , me parece que
deben ser lo que hoy es el sectpr de Paul Harris en Las Condes.
