Dear Friends, I thank each and every one of you for your kind suggestions, empathy for my situation, and the time for even reading this. I tried everything that was suggested, but to no avail. I did download the "haptime" fix from Semantec, but it wouldn't run. I have a pro comming in the morning. With any luck, the demons will be removed and the shop can get back to normal.
