We started using Tri-State a couple of months ago and so far no problems.
Maybe they have cleaned up their act.

Has anyone had any problems with this company? I sent him a ctc197ca on
09/19/03 it came back damaged from shipping. It's over 3 months now and
still
getting the run around. Ken has never returned my calls. What's up with this
