Yes ...had nothing but problems with Tri-State. Do not use them ANYMORE under
ANY circumstances

Has anyone had any problems with this company? I sent him a ctc197ca on
09/19/03 it came back damaged from shipping. It's over 3 months now and still
getting the run around. Ken has never returned my calls. What's up with this
