You not publicly bashing any company, just stating you're experience
with them. I'm sure others have probably had good success with them, so
we take you at your word. This is one of the reasons we have this forum,
state your views. I made a statement on this forum a few months back,
about how slow, and expensive Global Semiconductor shipping was. Got a
phone call from Anton, who is no longer with them, and threatened to
close my account if I continued this conversation. I quickly put him in
his place, and by the end of our conversation, we were the best of
"buddies". Even gave me his private email address if I had any problems.
But as I said, no longer with them, apparently was too aggressive with
the customer list. He didn't realize that I opened my account with
Global, when they were in their infancy.

I just thought I'd put my 2 cents worth in. I normally would not
publicly
blast a company BUT I had sent in a Zenith module through my local
distributor
and they sent it into Tri-state. I had such a run around that the
distributor
eventually quit Tri-state and went to a different rebuilder. I had major
problems even getting the dud module back from them.
