I know there are a lot of you guys out there with much more experience on dlps. I just got this Toshiba 52HM84 with a broken bulb in. I can get the bulb for about $139 plus postage. Before I call the customer and give them an estimate, should I check anything else? This is only the 3rd dlp I've had in the shop. I don't stock bulbs, how do you guys let your customers know it might be some thing else wrong some times. I run a one man shop here in Fort Worth and I am not asc.
