I'm sure you can, I've done them before. I think 2 or 3 windings around the
core will get you the voltage you need on that. When you cut out the old
heater winding/voltage I suggest cutting the copper trails on the crt board
to isolate the Crt heater. I don't think I've ever bought one of those
booster tranformers for any set.
