[TechAssist] Sony KV32S25 pix blinks

Sony KV32S25
Picture/video blinks for a couple minutes when first turned on, then stays
on.
CRT does not look soft like I expected, so I could blame the IK circuit.
Left it in customers home while I researched it.
Didn't find this in any databases.
Anyone seen this?
