R606u is in 12 run supply its ok checked that first.Been their seen that!
Replaced 5 volt regulator because "Al" called me silly. Silly me! Wasted
$.12 cents. Q3604 I think was 5 volt stand by but its down to 2.1 volts. My
memory's going/gone on this chassis. Since NO one has a manual guess will
just have to buy one.

Found two referrals to this.
One said this chassis has many bad solder connections.On the main ckt
board in front of the tuner find a 10 watt resistor near the
edge.Examine carefully for solder connections.
Another tech said on his 36" set it was the "HV block" bad.
I'll continue to search.
