Also tech CD said Q3605 12V reg driver (146847,ECG123AP) shorts.This
turns on the 12V reg and loads the 16/12v standby and causes a lot of
troubles.
Also resolder ANY heat sinked transistor, and any others (and diodes)
within a few inches of the sinks.A mention of the diodes on the "SIP"
board need resoldering.
