Found two referrals to this.
One said this chassis has many bad solder connections.On the main ckt
board in front of the tuner find a 10 watt resistor near the
edge.Examine carefully for solder connections.
Another tech said on his 36" set it was the "HV block" bad.
I'll continue to search.
