Yep you guys where right found a broken trace on the relay and now it is staying on. I also noticed the vertical height is too far down on the bottom, if I try to adjust it with the pot it pulls it down too much from the top. I am guessing bad caps in the vertical but I already replaced most of them near the vertical IC are there any others that I am missing?
