On the board pin 8 of flyback goes to R552 then to C581 (220 uf 16v) which I
checked and is good, but I still can't find C459. It's not really bowed
allot on the sides just a little but my b+ seems to check ok but I don't
have the service manual either I will look and see if I can find one. Thanks
