Gotta remember that they are techs --just like most of us--  And I had
allways sent them the tough dogs (unfortunatly for them).  I had used them
regularaly for 2 years before I hit a snag.  It was the lying to buy time
that smoked me.  When they need time--they need to tell us and not that
tomorrow  crapola.  I had even taught their techs a couple of things--a
couple of times.  EX: I see you didn't replace R632, a known problem with
this chassis---why? Getting stiffed the first time stinks though.
