We have been using Tristate Modules for about a 1 1/2 years now. In our opinion they have been extremely helpfull in any requests made to them. The quality and pricing have been right on the mark with no complaints from our end. Warranty boards have been extremely low, and they will contact our customers who have had multiple failures making sure problems are solved. I truely believe that if you contact Ed or Ken and talk with them, your problem can be resolved easily. As in any business, i have run into dealers who tell me horror stories about dealing with Tritronics. After finding what their origional complaint was, most times it was solved just by talking with them and giving them my extension to contact with any problems or questions. I have tried to always tell any customers to give me a ring and see what i can do , instead of just getting mad thinking business as usual. Personal contact with any manufactor you deal with is one of the best keys to success. Any member of tech-assist can reach me thru many ways if i can help with any parts problems you encounter. ************************************************* Kevin Harris kharris@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 800-638-3328 x1241 Tritronics Inc. So early December I send a Sony board to them for repairs, after 2 weeks had past I called to check the status of the board, they checked around and they told me they didn't have the board and because of the holidays its taking extra time to receive packages and I was asked to call back the following week. Since then I called several times and every the time that I called they couldn't find my board. A little over a month past and I decided to track the package to see if they had received it or if it was lost. The Post Office was able to track the package and also was able to tell me that the package was received by Tri-State Module 5 days after I shipped it and the name of the persons that signed for it. When I confronted Tri-state Module with this information my board was miraculously found and they had told me that a technician will be working on it and I will have it within a couple of days. Well just today I received my board from Tri-State Module, very well packed, I opened the box, the board was send back to me the same condition I shipped it to them, unrepaired. I called them to see why nothing was done to the board and They told me that they have to investigate and call me back shortly, I'am still waiting. In the mean time I have a very mad costumer threating me with a lawsuit. This was my fist and last experience with Tri-State Module.
