We did the same, Had all kinds of problems with PTS, switched to Tri-State and
have zero problems and Tri-State is way cheaper, I`ve said it before and I`ll
say
it again, if
your having problems with a supplier go to the head person of that company to
get
your problem solved, DO NOT deal with the people that answer the phone !!! Larry
