[TechAssist] Zenith SS2025W2 (9-851-02) weird problem

This set has a 9-851-02 main module that when the set is run for a while
then if it is turned off it will not turn off completely. I can still see
some of the picture and hear a motor boating sound. Anyone else seen this
before?
