Here are two fixes found in force. I dont know if either apply to your set
but here they are anyway.

(1) SYMPTOM: Trigger of X-ray protect (shutdown) when
no fault exists. Error code #1 is displayed or LED flashed.

CURE: Replace 3451 and 3452 as follows:
MS3250C121
PA0132C121
PPC132C121
SC3132N121
33LL801121
32PS60B121
32PS61S121
Replace 3451 with 2306 204 03278 2R7 ohm 5%
Replace 3452 with 2312 915 15062 5K6 ohm 1% MFLM

27RF50S125
29PV702225
Replace 3451 with 2306 204 03568 5R6 ohm 5%
Replace 3452 with 2312 915 15062 5K6 ohm 1% MFLM

(2)SYMPTOM: Shutdown (into protect) with no symptom shown.

CLUE: Adjustment of Sg2 (master screen on LOT) may resolve
but symptom may return.

POSSIBLE CURE: The LOT (flyback) 5445. Refer to Force for the
Service Code. Several returned samples have been discovered
with unstable/intermittent Sg2 controls. Monitoring the Sg2 voltage
may provide proof of this as the cause of protection.
