Actually I recently found out that this model and a handfull of others
don't have the service menu, they use a "Factory remote" to adjust things
usually found in the service menu. You have to buy this special remote, $24.
What a crock...

I was originally wanting to see the error codes to see if they suggest what
type of shutdown I am having. It has never happen in the shop and the
customer said it sounded like a pop and then out but can be turned back on.
I recently found out that then have had trouble with the crt sockets, they
broad can't be purchased and I had to get the proper number for the socket
from the NAP techline but they gave me the wrong number for the socket, I
have a single focus unit and the one they had me order was a dual focus. I
asked again and now have a new number and am still waiting on the part.

To answer your original question this is not a healthcare/commercial unit.
Just a basic 36 in tv. I would be interested in any know problem with this
set mysteriously shutting down since it hasn't done it in front of me and it
has played right next to me for about a week.

Thanks
