Kevin,

If you got to out website at www.audiotech.net you'll see a page called TEK.
This page is devoted to Tek.
Tek is our shop cat and is 17 years old now.
That fat little bugger has made more money for me over the years than I can
count, and I can count a lot.
The customers love him and come in just to see him.
I've had people call and ask "is this the place with the fat orange cat?"
when they have forgotten our name and are trying to find us again.
He's good company when I'm working through the night which I do often.
The downside is yes, he's broken a few things for me, but nothing that
couldnt be fixed.
Of course, 4 cans of food a day adds up too.
He lives on our counter and sleeps in the can at night.
I would say keep your pussy if you both get along.........

Subject: [TechAssist] Can a cat live in a TV repair shop?

Hi fellow techs,

This question is a bit off topic, but it needs to be answered. Does
anyone have a cat (or pets of any kind) in their TV shop? My guess is
that a cat might jump up onto a TV or computer monitor with the back off
and turned on and lose all of its 9 lives at once. I have a stray cat
that has adopted my back yard and wants to come in. But I am concerned
that he won't last very long so I have not let him in.
