This is what throws me....you have it connected to the phone line, but you
don't tell us why.
Music-on-hold feature?
Whose the maker of the amp? Bogen? (Damn good back in the 80's when I worked
on them). Does the new amp have the adaptor for the phone built-in? Or do
you have to attach it outside the amp.....some units do come that way, the
info sheet that came with the amp should have that info.
