Well HELL yes! ;)

All parts thus far have been ordered through KGPR (also now known as Airhead
Parts).

You might say a note of thanks to Scott and the guys at AirHead Parts/KGPR for
the dash pad.  For years that was a NLA part.  If yours was cracked you were
just up the proverbial creek.

RANT: Well, everything I've accomplished so far, and the next double amount of
work, will only be 5% - 10% visible when all is said and done.

Necessary but a pain.

Almost done with the right side metal work. Frontend completely rebuilt. New
brakes (all, as in bolt on, bleed and go. . . or stop as the case may be),
lines and master cylinder.

Ordered the new dashpad, which I forgot on the initial order.

Whew.

And on a side note, apologies to the purests on this "bus" list. Sure, I could
sign up on a ghia list or go to the samba, which I do often, but I know mostly
everyone on this list. As in in-person. And I trust the wealth of knowledge
amongst us. So thank you for your patience when I post about a ghia.
