i don't have a n82 myself but i know several people who do and are more than
happy with their phones, they haven't had any bother at all.

I have had about 4 n82s which have all failed. I wondered if by any chance
talks was known to be a problem with this phone or if ive just been unlucky.
The first few phones wouldnt send text messages now the latest replacement wont
forward a message.
