yes the firmware is up to date, I recently sent you my phone to have talks and
access put on it. I have been using the same sim card in my n73 whilst waiting
for my replacement phone from 02. So would you still think the sim card could
be faulty?

I have had about 4 n82s which have all failed. I wondered if by any chance
talks was known to be a problem with this phone or if ive just been unlucky.
The first few phones wouldnt send text messages now the latest replacement wont
forward a message.
