  Carol,

By the sounds of it you bought an update to premium, or a license transfer
through us, either of these will simply keep whatever type of synth you had
previously been given or bought. If you got it through Vodafone they only offer
eloquence, so that is what you've kept.

You can pay the £35 on our site and have the update in 5 minutes from reading
this message. It's in the Nuance Upgrades section of our buy online area, and
it's called add real speak to existing eloquence license.

Steve and Barbra and other's also sell it.

I didn't know I could choose, I thought real speak was a separate thing and
as I got it from Vodafone originally, I only paid fifty through talknav,
because that is what was suggested. Anyway blame my friend for encouraging me
to put the voices on and he got one of them working and he has a licence, I
don't care really but I will be shouting at him because I heard one of the
voices, the Indian one and thought I could get it,Carol

    Carol,

I must echo what Ibrahim and Barbra have said here, when you make your
purchase you choose either eloquence or real speak, the real speak license
comes with vocalizer synths as well.

So your initial investment of £150 or so gives you the rights to one
package range of synths or the other. Then whenever you do a change of phone
license transfer that synth package goes with you.

You can add the other package range, that you did not opt for in the first
place, whenever you wish to. It just costs a small amount more.

I equally am baffled by your remark that you seem to think that you've
never paid for any voice synths with Talks, how on Earth are you using it then?
More to the point, such a product does not exist unless you mean Zooms.

Where did you get your license for Talks from?

      Hi Carol.

That is simply not the case. When you buy talks, you can choose whether
you want the vocalizer/realspeak voices or the eloquence voices at time of
purchase. If you choose one, you can use those voices in perpetuity unless or
until you decide you want to buy the other voices in which case you'll have
both sets of voices to choose from.

      All the best, Ibrahim.

That is disgusting, you pay for talks and then you pay for voices, are
we all made of money? Carol

          Steve,

You must first buy a license for it to use any of the real speak or
vocalize voices.

These are on sale from any of the UK dealers and are priced at around
£35 or so.

Hi, I've installed a vocalize voice on my N85 and everything went OK,
but how do I use it? I can't find any option to use this voice! I thought I'd
be able to change to it within the talks settings, but no joy...any help
please? Cheers Steve.
