It depends how bad this gets, it’s a class action suit which means that more
names can come forward and add to their stories. Already there are rumours
around the Browns tanking too from Hue Jackson, so there’s a name to watch
(Jackson is now coaching at Grambling State if memory serves).
The NFL will look to settle as usual because the discovery hearings before any
trial could become exceptionally damaging for them.

Now that Flores has dropped the bomb, The NFL will spend any amount of money
to fight Flores' lawsuit. Expect The NFL to use a variation of The Kaepernick
talking points. Any speck will be use to defame Flores. This will get much
uglier in world record time.

Maybe, but the stories I read about him when he left the Dolphins is that
he’s not the most enjoyable dude to be around so coaching team chemistry
should be taken into account. I shouldn’t be mistaken for an “insider” though!

Gary in Cary making an appearance?
Maybe if Flores does land any more interviews with teams, which he probably
won't (someone with experience burning bridges), the Steelers can bring him
in as DC?

I agree.
It's sad that standing up for yourself or others coming behind you can
be career ending.
I hope the media doesn't push the mic in front of other black coaches
asking them to weigh in.
The Steelers seem to do a better job than most when it comes to picking
head coaches. whatever their method is, it should be followed by more.

I’ve read it and I believe every word of it.
Flores interviewed with the Texans yesterday and napalms them for their
treatment of David Culley today. He knows his career might be over now, but
my goodness he says what needed to be said.
Steeler fans: be thankful that the last time the Steelers were in need of a
coach, they cast the net as far and wide as possible, were open minded and
curious and recognised that there was something special about the DC of the
Vikings with only one year of co-ordinate experience. They did it right and
hardly anyone has done it right since.
