Sir, Then the problem is that some institutions have much resources when compared to others. It will be very nice if there's a way to share these resources between colleges. How about a system like this: the main server in a college updates/fetches new resources from all participating colleges so that students in that college can use them. Each file will be downloaded only once too. Sir, the idea is, each college will have a list of newly added files in a specific path in their website. Then each college go through other colleges' such lists and take what they need.
