I am doing my best to stop JS's bad habit of posting figments of his  
imagination as facts. He said it was
it was well documented in a court martial which is available on  the 
pissing incident. When I asked for details instead of answering he  told lazy 
me 
to find out for myself without a clue on how to get the facts.  Another 
brother tipped me off that simply Googling Urinating on a dead  enemy soldier 
would get me the story which I did. It was me who posted the  newspaper stories 
that they were a sniper squad, had been in a fire fight with  others and 
almost a dozen enemies were killed and they were  ordered to drag some of them 
where they did the pissing on three dead ones after  looking around to see 
no one was watching and taped it. Later it was put on the  internet and the 
stuff hit the fan. They were court martialed and the punishment  was a $500 
fine and a one grade demotion in rank. Two said they would do it  again, one 
after being severely injured died at home, one named Chamberlain said  he 
was writing a book on the incident (something infamy?). Later JS said it was  
a recon squad, they got seperated and were mad that one of their squad was  
killed and had his penis stuffed in his mouth none of which was in the 
several  reports I read. If JS had been smart he would have posted the details  
as lazy I did. I don't have the court records, only several newspaper  
reports. Since JS said the court martial is well documented  and available so 
it 
is time TO PUT UP OR SHUT UP!. Ball is in your  side of the court. Also note 
below he now says Marine sniper teams are  designated "Scout Sniper", go 
figure?

Reconnaissance". 
Not that it would make any difference to numb nuts Stanley.  Marine  sniper

RECON Squad is one of the correct military terms for Advance Teams.

you write. Those Marines were a recon team  that got separated in a firefight. 
When they regrouped, they  found one of their men dead and mutilated  
(penis cut off and  stuffed in his mouth.)   This is the nature of the enemy  
they were fighting. But as we used to say, pay back is a  bitch.  Pissing on an 
enemy corpse seems pretty tame when  compared to torture and mutilation 
their comrade faced.  You  babble on about moral equivalency but you don't have 
a clue - as  usual.

Rape is universal including in our  own military. Googling "Urinating on 
dead soldiers' pulls up a  number of stories including the video which
includes a wheelbarrow laying on its side which might  indicate the dead 
might not even been soldiers but  farmers? I looked at most of the posts but 
saw  nothing about the penis in the mouth but one Marine did  say the enemy 
had mutulated one of his comrades without  mentioning what it was. There is a 
possibility the
Marines had simply come across the dead on the  ground and decided on the 
spur of the moment to pea on them  and video it without knowing anything 
about them? It is an  important story and got a lot of attention world wide 
much 
of  it extremely critical including by high commanding  officers. Think,
