No. To gel or not to gel is personal preference. Personally, I am
disappointed when a batch doesn't go through gel stage regardless of
insulation, etc

Louise, I am about to start unwrapping your soap. Would you like a full
review from me?

Have just planted this years daffodil order. Now I can't wait for late
winter/spring!

If you don't use thermometers how do you know when the lye solution is at
correct temp to mix everything together? Have you had any volcano effects?

Soapblog would be fab I agree.

I thought that all soap had to go through the gel phase???

Cheers
Louise
