George, Having a Danish wife sure helps. Mine is Swedish/Irish, so I can definitely understand -- and I'm Swedish, to boot. Thanks for the details. Too bad we don't have a path to Daniel Spreadberry. Being a Scotsman with a Danish wife, that comes quite easily to me. Having been on hold to Avid's Technical Support for 36 minutes, I finally gave up and redialled. This time amongst what seems like a zillion option of press 1, 2, 3 etc., I selected Registration, and was ready to circumcise someone. That was answered quicker, and by what sounded like a Ukrainian lady. Once she'd adjusted her headset and microphone, I realised that my intended medical adjustment would not work, but after reverting to very simple English, and explaining who I was, she tracked down Roger's purchase using his e-mail. After that I was given the License Number to use, which I passed on to Roger. That way, others can learn from your experience. It would be good therefore to close this particular thread. My thanks go out to all those who have helped me over the past two weeks.
