You can change how a note plays back by editing it's live playback
properties. There are three properties you can change and they are all found
in the playback panel of the properties window.

1. Position

Select the note.
Go to the playback panel in the properties window and check the box labeled
Live Start Position.
Enter a value in the edit box next to the check box. +256 makes the note
play a quarter note late, +128 an eighth note late, -128 an eighth note
early and -256 a quarter note early.

2. Duration

Select the note.
Go to the playback panel in the properties window and check the box labeled
Live Duration.
Enter a value in the edit box next to the check box. 256 makes it sound for
a quarter note, 128 an eighth note, etc.

3. Velocity

This sets the loudness of the selected note. You change it in the same way
as the other two values. 127 is the highest value and 0 the lowest.
