You can.

Press Ctrl+A to select the entire score then choose Edit > Filter > Grace
notes from the menus. This leaves only the grace notes selected. Now, when
you change the values in the properties window it will affect all the
selected notes.

i'm wandering if it could be possible to do this change as default by one
operation. i have a lot of grace notes in my score and it takes too much
time to do it for every passage.
