Venu,

The C_comp_pullup, C_comp_pulldown, C_comp_power_clamp, and
C_comp_gnd_clamp subparameters of the [Model] keyword are
officially available since the IBIS v4.0 specification.
The HSPICE B-element had it before that version of the
specification was ratified.  I am not sure about which
other tools support it.

available in latest IBIS versions?
