Greetings,
I am looking to commence general package characterization work and need to
generate ic-pkg core supply models (for SSN, IR drop, etc) and am seeking
advice on prefered characerization methods (model generation, setup, tools,
cause/effect, target impedance variability and so on) and recommended
literature references.
