Then what's the use of it if it can't take the placement into consideration
and calculate loop inductance of the leads/pads of the caps in the PCB which
I think will easily dominate over the ESL of the cap ?

While I've enjoyed the entire discussion under this heading, I feel like I 
have to say once again that the UltraCAD calculator says NOTHING at all 
about placement. THAT discussion picked up under this heading some how. Our 
calculator is just one (repeat "one") way to calculate a a complex 
impedance function.
