Venkat,

If this buffer is PVT compensated, this can happen. The basic idea is to
speed up the slow corner and slow down the fast corner to give you more
or less uniform impedance over the PVT spectrum. So the result can be
slow corner performing faster than the fast corner due to a bit of
overcompensation.

Thanks,

Vinu

My first thought was impedance as well. But you could also try checking your
package RLGC assumptions for the slow corner. Perhaps inductance assumption
is too high??

Thanks Paul,
Output impedance is close to fast corner impedance.

corner

Hi SI/PI experts,
I observed a strange behavior in my memory
simulations.In<http://simulations.In> Slow corner we
are seeing higher Overshoot and Undershoot than Fast Corner.
What could be the reason for this ?
It will be great if anyone could provide some ways to figure out this
issue.

Regards,
Venkat
