My first thought was impedance as well. But you could also try checking your
package RLGC assumptions for the slow corner. Perhaps inductance assumption is
too high??

I observed a strange behavior in my memory

are seeing higher Overshoot and Undershoot than Fast Corner.
What could be the reason for this ?
It will be great if anyone could provide some ways to figure out this
issue.
