While we might expect a slower rise time at the slow corner, Is there possibly
a greater output impedance mismatch at the slow corner? -Paul

Subject: [SI-LIST] Overshoot/undershoot is higher in Slow corner than fast
corner
Hi SI/PI experts,
I observed a strange behavior in my memory simulations. In Slow corner we are
seeing higher Overshoot and Undershoot than Fast Corner.
What could be the reason for this ?
It will be great if anyone could provide some ways to figure out this issue.
Regards,
Venkat
