Venkat,
It depends a little on how your simulation tool measures overshoot. Most
measure the voltage beyond the voltage rail. Some measure from the final
settled voltage. Since the voltage range for the slow corner is most likely
lower, a similar peak voltage will be much higher above the voltage rail. This
is only one effect that is part of the measurement.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Overshoot/undershoot is higher in Slow corner than fast
corner
Hi SI/PI experts,
I observed a strange behavior in my memory simulations. In Slow corner we are
seeing higher Overshoot and Undershoot than Fast Corner.
What could be the reason for this ?
It will be great if anyone could provide some ways to figure out this issue.
Regards,
Venkat
