Wouldn't the first step for the people who want to separate the whites to pull
their dogs from AKC German Shepherd registry and keep their own registry books?
Then AKC needs no letter as they would be applying as their own breed.

I don’t think this is a problem. If the White dog becomes another breed and is
accepted by AKC, then a pure bred dog by AKC standards is one that is bred to
the same breed. If they breed to GSD stock, then it is no longer pure bred and
could not be registered, either as the white dog or as a gsd.
Or am I wrong again?????
